Installed RC 1 & 2 fine, RC3 states "Windows Vista or above required. This program can not be run on Windows XP"
Currently using windows 7 64bit.

Grab a 'new' download, I have the same set-up and this didn't come up or at least if it did, I forgot about it and pushed on. Make sure you have admin rights, permissions is a pain.
