Favourites menu
#1
Hey there,

I would like to open the favourites window within Kodi by pressing a single button on my remote

I edited the keymaps file as follows:

<key id="corresponding key">ActivateWindow(Favourites)</key>

Unfortunately, nothing happens. Is "ActivateWindow(Favourites)" the wrong code?

Best,
stefan

Try without caps: activatewindow(favourites)

That works for me

Tried it, didnt work.

A friend of mine runs OpenELEC. Using Yatse I found out that the corresponding command seems to be "ActivateWindow(Favourites)" (on OpenELEC)

But it doesnt work on Raspbian.

Have you tried setting it up with the keymap editor addon?

I may be looking at an old keymap list, but did you try:

XBMC.ActivateWindow(Favourites)

I have a few commands for quick window opening, and that's what I used.

I did not find the corresponding action in the keymap editor. Perhaps you could advise?
