When my android box boots up, it boots up to the emergency call phone lock screen and I cant get past it. Any ideas?

Moved to hardware.
But this is a Kodi forum, not a random Android box forum. At least be more specific, or more likely find a forum for the box maker or talk to whoever you got it from.
