Maybe your Android box can't handle 1080p x265 HEVC ? (that's what the filename says in your "unblurred picture")

What Make / Model is it ?

(My Raspberry Pi 2 can't handle 1080p HEVC ... but my Quad / Octo-Core i86 Beelink Android Box can)

Well, that's the problem ... 1080p HEVC H.265 software decoding requires a lot more GPU / CPU horsepower

Stick with 1080p H.264 and you'll be fine
