I don't find in the options... I would separate movies from the others file.
Thanks

Why?
What might be a benefit of that?

I put my movies on my NAS and I watch them with PLEX. I use TinyMediaManager on my PC to make list of my movies so I needn't put poster and fanart on my NAS. But if the option is not available I put all on the NAS.

well, Plex (and all other MediaCentres) should read/display local graphics quite fine.
So there's imho no need, to store them differently (for what?) - you might uncheck all graphic options to not even store them... if you don't want them...
