Hi,

I have just upgrade kodibuntu via the standard method (apt-get update && apt-get upgrade). This worked flawlessly.

The first thing i noticed was that the movies /tv shows tabs had dissapeared. I thought this was strange so I i ran update.

Both came back however the movies all have screenshots instead of covers. All meta data is correct. I use The Movie DB scraper but changed to the universal movie scraper.

I deleted all *.db files in the profile and ran again. Same problem.

I did note that when new movies are downloaded via nzb/torrent that they appear with the correct covers.

Also Not all TV shows show up.

I have searched this forum to no avail.

Note, I did back up before the upgrade and move the *.db files in and it didnt solve the issue.

which skin are you using?

Can it be something simple like to change the library view?

Good question, Library and File view produce the same results. I saw this suggestion in another thread but it didnt work also.

Im using the normal skin that came with it. I think it is confluence.

Yes, it's confluence!! I switched to aeon nux and it was the same issue.

I partially solved this by using the Artwork Downloader but it did miss about 10% of titles.



I hope this doesnt happen with the next upgrade. Very frustrating.
