I was using XBMC, XBMCLauncher and the Chrome launcher addon without issue. Recently upgraded to Kodi 15 and replaced XBMCLauncher with Launcher4Kodi. At first, when I launched chrome from within Kodi it would lose focus

Then I added it as an external player, and it seems to keep focus but seems sluggish (animations) and has zero audio (Kodi system sounds/videos work fine)

Any ideas?

I added Chrome as both external player and application. Also you need to configure audio output device to not using WASAPI or disable keep audio device alive. Because Kodi with WASAPI on wouldn't release audio device to other app by default.

Works fine here.

Thanks! Got the audio now. The lag is still there though... hmm
