I see that DVBLink supports QAM through WMC, but I think that's a poor route to take since WMC doesn't have a real future anymore.

What other tested PVR options do I have for my (particularly Mediacom Cable) QAM service through Kodi?

Ethernet based HDHomeRun Duals/Connects(new DLNA enabled successor to the DUALS), do QAM.
