Upgrade to kodi 16 on Fedora 23, kodi fail to start with error: ERROR: JSONRPC Server: Failed to connect to sdpd
How to solve it?

No Debug Log no issue nothing to solve.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

Please disable UPNP Server - it seems there is a bug.

Found it.
set <upnpserver default="true">false</upnpserver> in guisettings.xml
Kodi is running

You can edit your ~/.kodi/userdata/guisettings.xml.
