I'm rather new to Kodi and I use mine with Aeon Nox and I drive the entire thing with a bluetooth trackpad.
I want to create a sub-menu item with a custom action. Specifically I want to simulate a keypress with a sub-menu item.
When I select my sub-menu item "Hide" I want to simulate a keypress like <h mod="super"> or something like that. I can't quite figure exactly how to write this custom action.
I've tried:
<h mod="super">
(h mod="super")
Keypress,(h mod="super")
etc. etc. etc.
Things to bear in mind:
- I'm not using a remote or keyboard, so I don't think there's any need to create a keymap xml file.
- I'm doing this on a Mac, so I'm not sure what the "mod" portion for the Apple/Command key should look like (super? win?)
Thanks in advance.
