I have numerous movie sets, they seems to use the graphic from the first movie in the collection and not the box set graphics
do anyone know how to fix this?

I'm assuming you mean, in kodi the sets artwork you already scraped aren't showing up? You need to download the addon:

Make sure the settings are set correctly, then run it. In about 5 minutes you'll be good to go!
*EDIT* Make sure you download the frodo/gotham version.
