Movies and TV Shows have disappeared
#1
hey guys,

been using Kodi/XBMC for a while, but now I encountered a problem for the first time.

I installed Kodi on my new Macbook and everything worked well. Then, after I had finished setting everything up, home menu, add ons and so on, I played around with different skins. Something weird happened, my buttons for TV shows and movies disappeared and I can't access them in the settings, no matter in which skin.

Where did I go wrong and how do I fix this?

The settings are greyed out like that when you don't have any libraries set up. If you have previously added library sources then something has happened and they are not showing up.

Sorry for that and thanks for the fast answers.

Actually, if I go to Videos/ Files, then TV shows and movies still show up. Just can't access them through my settings and can't get them back to my home menu... :-(

Hmmm. Try removing them as sources, let it clean the library then re-add them.

That worked. Should have figured that out by myself. It's late here, that's maybe why... ;-)

Thanks a lot!
