Kodi not displaying any add-on info (Author/Description)

After the latest update I no longer see any add-on info (Author/Description) it's all blank. When I try to uninstall an add-on absolutely nothing happens. When I try to delete the Addon files in file manager nothing happens. All my existing add-ons work as they always did but I can't add in any new ones or delete any I currently have. What is going on?
