My itv add on keeps saying cannot resolve stream and wont play anything. Any ideas anyone?

Hey guys I have tried everything to get this working even uninstalled it and re installed it but it just says the same. It was working one day but then just stopped. Can anyone help please.

Next time check the source first - is a banned add-on (wiki) source which violates the rules.
