-hy , i need some help , i want to play movies with quasar over 14GB with hd sound but always its not more than 7-10 minutes then freeze and stop
-i have rpi 3 with Kingston 64GB microSDHC/SDXC UHS-I U3 90R/80W
openelec 6.0.3 and milhouse testbuilds kodi 17 and my settings are :

audio output= resample quality -gpu accelerated
pll adustment to maintain audio/video synk- off

video= adjust display regresh rate - on start/stop
synk playback to display -on
allow hardware acceleration MMAL - on

quasar app = background handling of torrents -off
keep files after playback/download stop - off
buffer size - 100 mb

-rpi 3 its conneceted to receiver yamaha rxv667

-in kodi i dont have advancesettings.xml set with buffer mode/cache etc

-with a laptop i7 i can play video over 35 gb with quasar witout a problem

-i need overclock ? or its to much for rpi 3 what i want and i need to tbuy another player ?

You need to do nothing, just wait, it would take around 5 or more minutes to cache 14GB file, its a known issue, so quasar stucks untill it caches full 14GB dump file on SD card (Which is slow)

so play the file and wait for quite sometimes, it will start downloading once full 14GB is written on the SD card.
