There's a whole official repo full of them.
We only ban stuff which violates our forum rules (wiki), most usually on piracy and illegal sources.But there's a whole wide range of legal stuff out there, fully available and working. But if you're just after stealing stuff that you should be paying for, then no, but then also you're not really our desired target audience for Kodi anyway.
