I can't reproduce these issues at all. Tried several configurations/setups.

This might be a compatibility issue/conflict with some addon or something.

If possible please test with a complete fresh setup with only Titan installed.
Confirm that it doesn't crash with a virgin setup and start adding your preferences/addons one-by-one untill the issue appears again.

I tried the clean install on MINIX NEO U1, so the Android, and can confirm the lagging and freezing from beginning.

I click on Pictures and it takes ages then something happen. Sometime I need to press back button on my remote to wake it up.

On my home laptop with 4GB RAM and WIN 7 it works well.
Could it be some problem with Android? Because on my HTC One it is lagy too.

It's because the skin has a lot of views. At first launch of a section all those views are loaded into memory.
You can disable views that you aren't using in the skin settings.
