When trying to access the addons all I get is a black empty screen

I mean as soon as I hit addons nothing comes up at all. No install from zip, install from repository etc etc Nothing !

Quite a lot of stuff to be honest, however never had any problems with accessing the addon manager page. Only had an issue the past couple of days and I haven't installed anything new recently. Is it related to the bad url resolver update possibly ??

Could this be due to a corrupted aeon nox skin ?
