I am running OS X 10.11.4. When I try and run Kodi v16 I get the splash screen but nothing else. It hangs and all I can do is kill it.

no debug log. It has been sitting at the splash screen for 30 mins. I don't have a media library attached to it yet.

I did a complete uninstall and tried v16 again and this time it told me the file was corrupt and would not run. I then tried the v15.2 and it installed correctly and works fine. very strange.

when the splash is visible there is a debug log available at that stage normally...
