480p and 540p flags do not show up in the video OSD. But do show up in the Info display as seen below. 1080p and 720p flags do display proper. Be nice to have flags show up in any instance within the video OSD.

The difference is the OSD uses specific images for specific video sizes whereas the info screen uses a box with the specific size as a text label. I've added some new badges and added a commit to my latest pull request
