I received my RPI 3 Kit RPI 3 Kit

and purchased this keyboard/mouse set up. IpazzPort

The problem I am having is NOOBS loads up on 2 of my TV screens and I can see the mouse pointer but not move it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I posted in other forums but got no response.
