Subtitle Index

Not sure if others have this issue, but I have a button on my remote that toggles between subtitles ('L' on keyboard) and the problem is there isn't anyway of knowing how many subtitles are in the list and your current selected subtitle.

This picture is to pitch a solution. In this example I have put an indexing system in the Subtitle Dialog.
As you press 'L' the subtitle changes to the next and updates the selected/total subtitles index.

This becomes more necessary the more subtitles there are. For example, blu-ray rips have a lot of subtitles, and often multiple in the same language, and you have to keep pressing ‘L’ without knowing how many subtitles are left, then you start to cycle back through and past the one you want.

Thanks

Good point. This is probably the skin's job, though.

This is the one of the biggest problems for me =\
So I made a request to open subtitles list window via hotkey.

I thought it may have been too, but I contacted a skinner about it and he said that it needs to be added to Kodi Core.
I presume that the core needs the indexing ability, then the skin needs to add it to the gui.

I took a look at your request. I like both of our solutions, either a list of subs or a small index on the notification dialog; i'm ok with either.
I don't know if any developer could implement one of these, but it would be very useful.
