Findings:
1. Can't install 64bit
2. Plays great all videos except for 1 format. Jittery in 1080i WMC TV recordings (NBC/CBS). Downgrading resolution to 1280x720 solves this.
3. P4 fan produces noise but hardly noticeable from 15 feet
4. Boots in 10-15 sec.

Kodi resurrected my PC that I haven't used for 5 yrs. Very happy.
