I have been successfully using Kodi Kore Android smartpone app to control my Rpi installation of Kodi. For some reason it has stopped working. When I do a search on the app it does not find my Kodi.

In settings I noticed that under remote control "allow programmes on other systems" was unchecked. It was previously. I rechecked it and re-booted but it still doesnt work.

Any thoughts on how I can correct the problem.

I am having almost the same problem. I am using the KODI app on IOS and the app can't find the servers. I have installed Bonjour and enabled Zconf. I have checked every box I can find to turn on the ability to use the app. I am using windows home server 2011 to run KODI. When I had KODI installed on a linux machine I had no issues connecting to the app.
If anyone has had this issue and found a fix please let me know.
