v17 LibreELEC Testbuilds for x86_64 (Kodi 17.0)
@Milhouse If you have the time could you build without PR:556 please so I can confirm that is the cause of long press breaking?

Thanks.
@Milhouse

a remark about - set tvshow thumb on *all seasons node (PR:10141, 1 commit, 1 file changed)

this changes nothing for me.
all builds before 0719 have no poster or fan art, neither in estuary nor in confluence.
in build 0719 and higher i have a poster for all seasons in confluence (but no fan art) and nothing in estuary.

my machine is a zotac id41, intel atom + ion2 (nvidia 340.96)
using your builds since april coming from openelec 6

PR10141 has now been reverted and won't be in future builds - see https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/10141#...-236069163

Do you have artwork called "season-all-poster.jpg" in your tvshow folder, or are you relying on remote artwork? I think PR10141 was intended to show artwork when there is no local artwork available, but this seems to break existing libraries that do have local artwork (ie. mine).

With PR10141 reverted, if you have "Show parent folder items" enabled then this may stop the season-all poster from being displayed (this is a different bug) so try testing #0718 (as this doesn't include 10141) and disable "Show parent folder items" - do you get different results?

Try build #0729x: Generic - this has PR:556 reverted (it also has PR10141 reverted).

Keymap long press working again, thanks for building.

@lrusak what can I do to help solve this problem?

WOW that was fast!
Thanks

but...
With this version I get a message "this kernel requires an x86-64 CPU but only detected an i686 CPU"
I run on an old atom that runs only with these operating systems...
I honestly thought that this version is for old x86 CPUs...

@Milhouse
i only use remote artwork no local.
and yes, disabling "Show parent folder items" brought back the poster and fanart for "all seasons" in both estuary and confluence in #0718 and is also showing in #0729.
never bothered to change this as it came preconfigured (i think) thanks for the tip.

latest build #0729 however broke the enter/ok button on my xbox360 usb remote, worked fine on previous builds.
Yes, I'm expecting a lot of problems with remote controls in tonight's build... my Ortek VRC-1100 is totally unusable. I'm investigating.

the up, down, left and right keys working ok.
back button toggles the power options

having all seasons poster and fanart back comes at a high price.
luckily i also have a wireless keyboard that is working ok.

on a side note, Fernetmenta once said software based players like xbmc/kodi would never play as smooth as hardware based players,
well, i think with his reworked video player he's getting pretty close.

What's happen with last build ? Since update #726 to #729 button 'OK' and 'Back' not working with my remote.

I have this remote : https://www.amazon.com/Ortek-Windows-Inf...ter+Remote
