Hi

I've been using this skin for quite some time and love its versatility.
I mostly use Shift View and have a very slight issue reading the plot / info and was wondering would it be possible to add an option to darken the info panel or background fanart without turning the fanart off.

in view type settings, appearence setup, did you check alternative layout ?
if yes, uncheck it and then panel info will be darken....

I do get the info panel up but doesn't seem as dark as yours.
What view are you using as I dont recognise it ?
