Take a look at this thread for context. As of Jarvis, Confluence handles showing the Title + Subtitle in the episode guide. It looks like Arctic: Zephyr still only shows the Title.

Usage Example:

Confluence: MLB Baseball (Arizona Diamondbacks at San Francisco Giants)
Arctic Zephyr: MLB Baseball

With Arctic Zephyr there's no way to know what ball game is showing without tuning in.
