Complete System Specs in Signature

RPiB2 running 2 day old fresh install of OpenElec + Kodi 15.2

NOTE:
I am only using KODI for MUSIC to feed my home intercom,
I have ALL the settings for Video and LiveTV disabled.

Working fine except that when I press the OFF icon on the home screen:

• Kodi seems to quit - the screen goes black
  
• then I get the KODI 15.2 splash screen
  
• then i get the pop-up "PVR Manager is starting up"
  

So my problems are two-fold:
A. I can't get Kodi to exit
B. I have all the settings for TV & LiveTV turned off / disabled yet I get this pop-up.

That's why I'm reporting this as a BUG.
I would think the code to start the PVR manager would first check if the PVR is enabled / disabled.

Any workaround for me until the code request is accepted will be greatly appreciated.
