I am trying to configure the Kore remote app to my Kodi but it refuses to connect.

i've followed various guides to make sure i've done everything right but i still get the error message. what is going wrong?

I had issues until I connected my phone to my local wifi. But then I also had to set kodi to allow to be controlled by remote apps.

Yeah my phone is already connected to my wifi and i have already changed all the right settings in Kodi.
