OS X Using a second display as a dedicated playback screen.

Hi - hope someone can assist with a simple yes or no to this one!

KODI's been recommended to me by a friend over a couple of other players for multi-monitor support. But I can't find how to achieve the one thing I'd really like to be able to do - namely to have the browser/library on one screen but when I choose a file to play, it plays on my secondary display? At the moment I can happily full screen on either display, but I want if possible to keep the UI on the local screen (macbook) and for that to never appear on the main screen (TV)

Is this possible?

Well sort off ... you could use the webinterface on your macs screen to see your library and choose what to play ... Having the real ui on the mac and only playback on the other screen is not supported by Kodi.
