Ok heres my problem .. i ran kodi 16.1 on my firestick tv and then ran BBC iPlayer www live tv addon.. noticed it was jittering on the 720p links.
tried with 16.0 same issuse.. then uninstalled and installed 15.1 and boom back to perfect smooth streaming video.
any idea what is going on?
