Dear all,
I would like to know whether I can call the searching feature of the DailyMotion 4k addon without showing up the keyboard Kodi interface.
Currently I use the RPC {"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"Files.GetDirectory","params":{"directory":"plugin://plugin.video.dailymotion/?url=&mode=search","media":"files"},"id":"1"}. The process is then blocked. I have to type the searched pattern into the a dialogue of Kodi in order to unblock and get the search results in JSON format.
From the Addonscript, I found a link "https://api.dailymotion.com/videos?search=<Search pattern>" to give back the search result in JSON format. But I don,t know which RPC command can perform this call?
