I am about to start a project about adding the option to chat/recommend in Kodi.

I thought about those system capabilities:

The user navigates into a movie/show/LiveTv scope(for example movie)

The user will be able to open a window containg the tabs: "chat", "recommendations". (each window is for a specific movie)

Then the user will be able to chat with people that see the movie in a given time or recommend about other movies that can interest the other watchers

I know I need to have a server which holds the users and the recommendations info.

I need your help by getting started, which modules of Kodi do I need to learn?

If someone knows the system well and will be able to guide me it will be awesome and good for this poject to the enjoyment of all of us Kodi users.
