Hi,
I'm using Kodibuntu and have always updated the system with apt-get update/upgrade/dist-upgrade. The last upgrade process installed a version
kodi-bin/trusty,now 2:17.0~git20160501.1247-alpha1-0trusty i386
Unfortunately this version is very instable, displays flickers on every touch of the Android remote control or when a video is replayed. to sum it up: it is unusable.
So my question: how can I roll back to the latest stable release? There is a possibility to downgrade to an older version with
apt-get install <package-name>=<package-version-number>
but I have no idea what package version number I have to give here. so any help for a rollback is highly welcome!
