Google just announced that all Android apps should be able to be used within the Google ChromeOS coming this fall. Another platform to use Kodi on I would assume. http://www.theverge.com/2016/5/19/117121...book-video

Not sure what this will mean for Kodi though, especially with the lack of a Android maintainer.
