I mount a fresh new HTPC
Asus P8P67 - I7 CPU - 8 GB RAM - Radeon 7850 2Gb - Windows 7 64B

It seems that kodi is not using DXVA2 that result on strudder on video
I had followed all the tips and tricks I found but .... still bad
I also disabeld the realtek audio on my mobo because i found a lot of threads about issue with the driver
when I play a movie on kodi and i press "O" nothing indicate that DXVA2 is active

If someone have an idea ...

What is also strange that WMC using Shark007 codec pack play the same video flowless

I really want to go on KODI

External codecs working doesn't mean Kodi will work. totally different code although you could try DS Player

Does your card support DX11 if not you will have problems.
