When the virtual keyboard is displayed I want to be able to type normally on my external keyboard. Instead the keys are being mapped to actions. For example when I type 's' I get the shutdown menu. I edited the keyboard.xml file and changed the action for 's' to "noop" but now when I type 's' when at the virtual keyboard screen nothing happens. Any ideas how to resolve this? The funny thing is that when I initially installed Kodi it worked fine and then at some point it changed and I'm not sure why.
