I've gone through all the video display modes and they don't change the video size at all? It was working before but not it doesn't work anymore?

Is there a way to make Kodi always fit the video to the TV screen?

You'll never fit all video to your screen as video aspect ratios vary, your screen is fixed.
But you post no debug log (wiki)
