XBMC and UPnP, server or Client?
#1
I'm terribly sorry to ask the qurstion so Lame, but XBMC has UPnP implemented as client solution only? So, from available UPnP media servers, content can be used?

What about the other way around? Can XBMC be used as UPnP Media Server, and if possible video transcoder also?

I have Nokia 770 Tablet, that's why...

Well, that's fine too, but My Nokia 770 Tablet did not see XBox media Center's UPnP server at all.. TVersity and Media Connect 2 and SimpleShare workd ok.

This could be the one thing to look into and request for fix?

For Nokia yes, not for Team-XBMC as we know why it doesn't work and there is nothing we can do about it; you see the Xbox does not support multicast which makes the UPnP-server in XBMC not full UPnP-standard complient, this is explained in detailed in the wiki and also in this existing topic-thread:
