I am new to this Kodi experience but are having problems understanding things.
When the kodi box was set up the guy downloaded stuff for me....since then some have gone and some are playing up

For instance We Love Soaps has gone script error and castaway also.

You tube showed how to download the log file and checl for errors but its gobbledegook to me

what next...do you need to see the log file?
