Not sure how to post video. Can be viewed on facebook. Michael Ruth in enfield ct. When watching anything on jarvis I get flashing red/ green screen. Movie still visible. I can stream from anyother website no problem so don't think its video card. Here are my pc specs.
Win 7

I'd try software acceleration instead of hardware. See what happens.

Fixed. Yes changed render method to software. Also disabled DXVA2. thanks. Loving Kodi!!!

If that is a PC and not a laptop I would go hunting on a cheap hardware source for a newer video card. I run old Core 2 Duo and Quad kit but stick in a better graphics card. Something like an nVidia 610. This then brings the computer up to a more modern graphics spec for a small layout.
I have a laptop stuck with onboard Intel graphics which means Software mode is the only option due to no DX11 support. This works for most videos, but it can't handle newer stuff like x265 encoding.

it's graphics drivers issue. Your GPU is very old and I'm sure that it has no proper implementation of DirectX 11 API. It may work perfectly with DirectX9 API but not with DirectX 11 API.
