Hi was wondering if anyone knows what could be the reason why when I upload a single picture on a background on kodi, my gif files are visable but when I choose multi image background my image gifs are not visable?!

Any help would be appreciated. :-)

Might try this in your advancedsettings.xml file

<advancedsettings> <videoextensions><add>.gif|.giff</add></videoextensions> </advancedsettings>

This might be something within the skin, I'm using an anim .gif without issue, and I also use multi image background but not together, perhaps your running into some memory wall?

Well on the download file section, the pictures are not listed but I clicked ok anyway and whatever was on the download file was shown on the screen as wallpaper.
