Releasing a capture of XBMC for linux
#1
Just wondering if it's alright if I release a you tube or other version of XBMC for linux working nicely on my box with Ubuntu 7.04?
I've got it installed and working very well (a breeze compared to something like mythtv which is still frustrating cumbersome to install and configure) and I've managed to play a nice big 720p video (in 720p mode) that I cannot play at all on the normal xbox due to the processing power of the normal xbox.
XBMC for linux I've found is so easy to work with a breeze to use, the codec I tried worked flawelessly, apart from rewind and a few other features that I guess are in the works.

FYI my system setup is the following:
Intel 1.8Ghz Core2Duo (overclocked to 2.8Ghz)
1GB 667 DDR2.
GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
MSI 965P Platinum MB

I would make the capture of me playing a HD video and maybe changing a configure or two around and post it on you tube and/or a selected computer forum.
