You can't. You connect a device capable of running Kodi to a HDMI port.

ok, i think i kinda get it. i still cant figure out why i cant wirelessly stream kodi like i do with plex?seems simple. guess i need to code some python? idk

Because kodi and Plex are not the same.

you cannot stream plex itself either. You can only stream from a plex server to a plex client.
