No, because the Table add-on is not a PVR client that uses Kodi's PVR functions/Live TV. This is a separate program add-on that presents Tablo's UI through Kodi.

Were Tablo to create a PVR add-on that integrates their guide, timers and streams into Kodi's Live TV functionality, then there might be a subforum here. Presently the place to have Table would be under Program Add-ons.

For an addon to be a true "PVR addon for Kodi" it needs to use Kodi's native "PVR API" and utilize Kodi's integrated GUI for Live TV and EPG

Kodi's "PVR API" only also support addons written in C++ (or C, but not Python script or other scripts), at least for now, see:

I for one would love to have a Tablo PVR client addon for Kodi that using Kodi's native PVR API and therefor support Kodi skins.

This is the same issue we have with HDHomeRun which also doesn't have an addon for Kodi that uses Kodi's native PVR API, hence:

Could be that someone does the same thing for Tablo an creates a third-party PVR addon if Tablo first-party does not step-up themselves.
