I have a filmon subscription
In the filmon app I have it set to my account and set quality to high but the when I load a channel the info shows sd.
whats wrong?

So you have a paid Filmon subscription for HD...really not sure but believe others said HD should work once setting in pvr.filmon addons is set to HD
Did you reboot to allow pvr.filmon and your favourites channel selection to be refreshed in kodi with latest HD settings?

I use with SD and working well on RPi2, I can try switching to HD and see if it works for 30secs or so
(Not totally convinced about HD quality really being anything like real HD via the Filmon servers though)

What device are you using and what is reported version of pvr.filmon in Kodi?
i.e. pvr.filmon version 1.3.0

I performed a check on my RPi2 running latest milhouse nightly version of LibreELEC and pvr.filmon service add-on by switching prefer HD ON and OFF in pvr.film settings. (Following are short edited extracts from kodi.log in each usage case)

With pvr.filmon set for HD (Playback fails understandable in my usage case as dont have a paid subscription )
