I just finished setting up my media center backend running MythTV and I was very dissapointed in the lack of development put into the frontend. Or rather, the support to create a nice skin for the frontend of MythTV.

Thanks for all the great info! I just got done reading one of those post that was 52 pages long, whew. I've also been keeping my eye on that GSOC project for the unified frontend. All really good stuff.

It feels good to be a part of an active community like XBMC. I'm actually excited about getting my hands dirty and sharing something with the group.
