Hi,
I made this request initially quite some time ago: 201536 (thread)
At that time since there was no way to get that information, I was reading it from the log.
Using the Krypton nightlies, that information is no longer written into the log, so I will again humbly request that the Kodi team developers consider creating a way (python, infolablel, json-rpc) to obtain this without resorting to installing a third party library.
I know Kodi must be aware of the framerate and the one way I had of obtaining that information is no longer viable. I guess that other thing to consider which would be least desirable would be to ask if they put that line back in the log.
