does anyone know why youtube add-on stop working. The error is "script failed".

This would have been better asked in the YouTube add-on thread.

Which version are you using? Can you gather, upload and post a link to a debug log (wiki) of such a failed occurrence (do not post the log directly to the forum) so people can analyse things properly.
