I just upgraded to a new TV which supports passive 3D.
I have a few movies which are Side by Side 3D or Over/Under 3D.
When i download subtitles they are displayed twice so that when I set my TV to 3D both eyes see the subtitle.
However the positioning of the subtitles is completely wrong. They are right in the middle of the image and nothing I can do will change that.
I tried defining the subtitle position in video settings to bottom. Didn't work
I tried setting it to fixed and then moving it via the video calibration screen. Didn't work.
So at the moment I am stuck with the subtitles right in the middle of the screen instead of at the bottom as you would expect.
Am I doing anything wrong? I have set Kodi to the correct 3D mode and like I said it then double the subtitles it just doesn't display them in the right area
